Individual Counseling
Cost: $30-90 (50 min)
We treat depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, addiction, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. CORE offers individual counseling for interpersonal relationship issues, grief, improving communication, and stress management. Our licensed counselors offer trauma-informed and culturally competent care, and are skilled and certified in various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Music Therapy, among others.
Addiction counseling is ideal for individuals who are struggling with substance misuse, abuse, or dependence, as well as for individuals facing other addiction, such as: shopping addictions, internet addiction, sex addiction, compulsive gambling, among others.

Relationship counseling or couples counseling focuses on helping couples of all types to explore, recognize, and resolve conflicts in an effort to improve their relationships and interactions. Relationship counseling does not guarantee that a relationship will be "fixed" or thrive; however, if both participants put in the work and effort, it has a greater likelihood of being effective.

Cost: $90 (60 min)
Music therapy is an effective technique to treat behavioral, developmental, and neurologic symptoms. Music therapy is open to all ages and can help rehabilitate motor functioning and speech after cerebrovascular accident, or even improve socialization and speech for children within the autism spectrum. When traditional talk therapy has not been effective, music therapy can be an effective alternative.
