We get to know our patients and pair each with the counselor who is best suited to help them achieve their unique goals.

MADELYNN FELLON

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Madelynn Fellon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose primary specialty is in relationship counseling. Madelynn completed her Master’s Degree in both Clinical Mental Health and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Holy Cross. Madelynn received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Our Lady of Holy Cross College. Madelynn has worked in various substance abuse and mental health agencies, as well as in private practice in the New Orleans area. During therapy sessions, Madelynn utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Emotion Focused Therapy to assist clients to obtain their goals. She works hard to create a safe environment for anyone who is working towards alterations in their lives. Madelynn has obtained experience in working with couples and individuals with various types of therapeutic needs such as addiction, depression and anxiety, and emotional regulation.

NICOLE GOLDIN

Licensed Addiction Counselor

Nicole is a bilingual Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Compulsive Gambling Counselor, and Board-Certified Music Therapist offering counseling and therapeutic services in both English and Spanish. Nicole completed a Master of Music Therapy degree, as well as a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy and Psychology at Loyola University New Orleans. Nicole has been working in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 7 years and applies both traditional and non-traditional clinical approaches to treatment. As CORE's founder and director, Nicole established the practice in St. Bernard Parish due to the high demand for services and low supply of providers in the community. Although Nicole focuses on the administration of CORE as a practice, she also offers individual counseling, domestic violence intervention, and substance use evaluations.

MEGAN LOOS

Licensed Professional Counselor

Megan majored in Psychology and Sociology and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 2010. In 2012, she received her first Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern State University and went on to receive her second Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Loyola University in 2015. Megan approaches counseling from a Narrative theory perspective, while also utilizing techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Megan has experience with a wide range of clients and specializes on adolescents and adults who are involved in the criminal justice system as well as individuals wishing to work through anxiety, depression, anger management, ADD/ADHD, and addiction. 

ANDREA WRIGHT

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Andrea Wright, MSW, LCSW-BACS, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. She has over 8 years of experience providing mental health services to children, adults and families. She is a therapist who supports individuals and families in meeting their goals by providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to work together. Andrea has a background working with individuals who have experienced trauma or grief with specific expertise in domestic violence. Her additional experience includes play therapy, attachment-based interventions, anxiety, depression and navigating life transitions. Andrea uses a variety of therapeutic modalities for each individual or family, but has a primary background in cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches.
